– 1 head kale, ribs cut out, washed and ripped into bite-sized pieces

– 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

– 1/4 cup raisins

In a large mixing or salad bowl, add the kale, drizzle the olive oil over the kale, using your clean hands, massage the kale until it's coated completely.
