Egg yolks are a nutritious food for infants over 6 months of age.

Instructions

  1. Carefully separate egg whites from yolks. Medium Boiled Eggs
  2. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat with butter or oil.
  3. Put egg yolks in a frying pan, for a couple of minutes, then turn over to finish for another couple of minutes. Split in half to test for doneness, make sure they are cooked through the center.
