Vanilla Iced Coffee is a cold, sweet, creamy, vanilla-infused coffee drink, perfect for warm weather!

Ingredients

  • 8-16 ounces brewed coffee

Vanilla Coffee Creamer

  • 1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar (or substitute the same amount confectioner's sugar)
  • 1 cup half and half, cream or evaporated milk, or non-dairy milk (soy, rice, cashew, oat, almond milk, etc) depending on your preference

Instructions

  1. To Make the Vanilla Coffee Creamer: In a medium mixing bowl, add the half and half, cream or evaporated milk (or another dairy/non-dairy option suggested), sugar (adjust the amount to taste), and pure vanilla extract, using a handheld electric mixer, mix the ingredients until blended evenly.   2. To Make the Vanilla Iced Coffee: If you are starting with hot coffee, pour it over ice to get it cold, and then add the vanilla coffee creamer (amount to taste) and mix to combine, enjoy!
