Ingredients
8-16 ounces brewed coffee
Vanilla Coffee Creamer
1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons sugar (or substitute the same amount confectioner's sugar)
1 cup half and half, cream or evaporated milk, or non-dairy milk (soy, rice, cashew, oat, almond milk, etc) depending on your preference
Instructions
To Make the Vanilla Coffee Creamer: In a medium mixing bowl, add the half and half, cream or evaporated milk (or another dairy/non-dairy option suggested), sugar (adjust the amount to taste), and pure vanilla extract, using a handheld electric mixer, mix the ingredients until blended evenly. Save the Vanilla Coffee Creamer in a lidded mason jar, and store in the refrigerator.
To Make the Vanilla Iced Coffee: If you are starting with hot coffee, pour it over ice to get it cold, and then add the vanilla coffee creamer (amount to taste) and mix to combine, enjoy! If you are starting with chilled coffee, all you have to do is just add the prepared vanilla coffee creamer to the black coffee and mix to combine, and enjoy with or without ice.
