Soy Milk Iced Coffee Recipe has dark roast, iced coffee with cold, unsweetened soy milk. You can add an optional sweetener if you like or leave it plain. (makes 1 serving)

  1. Chill a tall glass for 5-10 minutes in the freezer.
  2. Pour the soy milk into the glass (optionally, you can froth it with a milk frothing wand), add 1 cup of ice cubes, and add the chilled coffee or cold brew, top with more cold milk foam, and add optional sweetener or syrup of choice and a straw, enjoy! (alternately, you can add the chilled coffee first and then the cold milk on top)
