, reserve canning liquid separately
, ripe Haas avocado
of freshly minced garlic
of plain sesame seeds
, plus more if desired (on top)
a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
freshly chopped cilantro or parsley
, to sprinkle on top
kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Suggested: fresh cut veggies

Process the chickpeas, minced garlic and avocado, adding the chickpea liquid until the desired consistency is reached. You can mix in some kosher salt when you process the main ingredients if you want.
