Banana Bread Pancakes

Banana Bread Pancakes are buttery, dense, sweet, and infused with banana and cinnamon flavor. They are easy to make with pancake mix and are made right in the blender!

PREP TIME: 5 MINS

– 1-2 really ripe bananas - if they are small, you can use 2, if they are large, you could just use 1 – 1/2-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, depending on preference – 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

How to make Banana Bread Pancakes?

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat (or electric griddle) to 375 degrees F.

In a blender, add water (or milk), ripe banana(s), pancake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, cover, and blend until combined.

Pour 4" size pancakes, in the prepared skillet and cook (on the first size it will be about 90 seconds when it's ready to flip there should be bubbles on the pancake.
