Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a cupcake tin with paper liners, set aside.

You may need to bake in batches depending on the size of your cupcake tin.

In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and Kosher salt until combined.
