Infuse gin with butterfly pea flowers by letting the flowers soak in gin for about 2 hours.
To mix put 1 shot glass full (1.5oz) of gin into a mason jar or cup of choice, add lime juice, and ginger beer
Stir and taste!

Butterfly pea flowers not only look good, but are good for you. They are filled with antioxidants, so I decided to take advantage of that by infusing the gin used in this cocktail with it. Then this is where the fun comes in…when acid is added to this this ingredient, it goes from blue to purple in color.
