How to make Cocoa Almonds?

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small-medium mixing bowl, mix the cocoa powder and Kosher salt. Set aside.

Spread out raw almonds on a silicon (or parchment paper) lined, rimmed baking sheet.
