These Almond Crescent Cookies are classic, sugar-dusted cookies with buttery flavor and a crunchy texture from chopped almonds.
– 2 sticks unsalted butter – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 2 cups raw almonds, chopped – 5 tablespoons granulated white sugar – 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Cream butter, granulated white sugar, vanilla, and water.
