Bagel with Cream Cheese and Scallions is the perfect breakfast or snack. It's easy to make using your cast-iron skillet (or toaster oven) - just add cream cheese, fresh, chopped scallions (green onion) drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, add flaky salt and fresh, ground, black pepper.

– 3 tablespoons scallions (green onion), chopped – 1-2 teaspoons (a drizzle) of extra virgin olive oil, or amount to taste – 1/8 teaspoon flakey salt, or amount to taste – 1/4 teaspoon fresh, ground black pepper, or amount to taste

How to make Bagel with Cream Cheese and Scallions?

In a large cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over low-medium heat, spread the unsalted butter in the pan, so that the bottom of the pan is coated.

Add the bagel slices and toast on each side until they are toasted to your liking on both sides.

When the bagel is toasted, turn off the heat and transfer the bagel to a plate.
