Baked Apple Cider Donuts are a delicious way to enjoy Fall. Infused with warm cinnamon and sweet apple cider, these classic donuts are also baked, not fried.
– cooking spray (for greasing donut pan), or use unsalted butter – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 3/4 cup granulated white sugar – 2 tsp baking powder – 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg – 1 tsp Kosker salt – 1/2 cup apple cider – 1/4 cup whole milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Spray your donut pan with cooking oil spray (or grease with unsalted butter). Set aside.
FOR DONUT BATTER In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated white sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and Kosher salt until combined.
