BEST GRILLED KALE

Grilled Kale is a great way to get tasty, roasty, and perfectly charred kale.

– Kale – Olive Oil – Salt – Black Pepper

Preheat your gas grill to 350-375 degrees F (medium heat).

In a large mixing bowl, coat the kale leaves completely with olive oil. You can add fine salt at this point and more later, for serving, if you wish.

Add the kale leaves evenly spaced out on the grill, preferably on indirect heat on an upper rack, if you have one available on your grill.

When the kale is done to your preferred degree of doneness, remove it from the grill and serve it as an appetizer, side dish, or as a part of another recipe, enjoy!
