This Chia Seed Banana Bread is a healthier alternative to your classic banana bread recipe, made with nutritiously satisfying coconut oil and Greek yogurt, for a soft and moist texture.

How to make Chia Seed Banana Bread ?

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.

Mix chia seeds and water together, set aside for 15 minutes until thickened to “chia egg”

Whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt together in a large bowl.
