Add simple syrup, lime juice, and then cold-brewed coffee in a glass of ice cubes or beverage dispenser (if making a large amount).
You can add lime slices if you wish to garnish them in the glass or dispenser.
Turn the slow cooker down to the warm setting. You can strain out the spices and fruit if you want or leave it in.
