Infuse gin with butterfly pea flowers by letting the flowers soak in gin for about 2 hours. The gin will turn a dark blue color once it is ready. Remove the flower once desired color is accomplished.

To mix put 1 shot glass full (1.5oz) of gin into a mason jar or cup of choice, add lime juice, and ginger beer.
