Preparation: Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

Place the thinly sliced orange slices in a single layer on the prepped baking sheet. Make sure they are not touching. Using a paper towel, blot the slices to soak up any excess moisture.

Bake the Orange Slices: Bake for 3 hours in your preheated oven. Check the oranges periodically to make sure they are not burning.

Allow them to cool completely on a wire cooling rack. When they are fully cool, you can use them right away or store them in a lidded container.
