On the stove top, in a small-medium saucepan, over low-medium heat, pour 2 cups milk, add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and honey or maple syrup.
In a t-sac (tea infusion pouch), add dried hops flowers and optional cardamom pod. When the mixture is at a simmer, remove the saucepan from heat.
