Prepare the matcha coconut milk: In a tall wet measure, add 1 cup of coconut milk, add 1/2-1 teaspoon Matcha green powder, and froth with a milk frothing wand until mixed.
Assemble the iced latte: Pour the prepared matcha-coconut milk into a chilled, tall glass, add ice and pour the espresso on top.
Dust the top with more matcha powder, if you wish. Enjoy!
