This Pork Roll Bagel breakfast or brunch sandwich has pork roll (also called, Taylor Ham), egg(s), and optional cheese, all on a toasty bagel.

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the pork roll slices (slices halfway to the center) and cook for 1-2 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached.
Add the unsalted butter and allow it to melt, coat the bottom of the pan, and then add the bagel slices to toast them. When they are done toasting, move them to the plate.
Add 1-2 eggs, still over medium-high heat, and fry them according to your tastes. I cook mine over easy (3-4 minutes).
