Pumpkin Spice Latte


This Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe has my pumpkin spice mixture (cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves), milk, pumpkin puree optional sugar, dark roast coffee/espresso, vanilla extract, and topped with either creamy and sweet Reddi-wip® Barista Nitro (if having iced) or Reddi-wip® Barista Sweet Foam.

PREP TIME: 5 mins

– 2 cups whole milk (or substitute the same amount non-dairy) – 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree – 1-3 tablespoons sugar, optional, amount to taste – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


COOK TIME: 5 mins

In a medium saucepan, over low-medium heat, pour milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice mix and optional sugar. Whisk to combine.

Heat until it's hot and almost at a simmer, then remove from heat.

Add the vanilla and hot coffee or espresso. Whisk to combine.

If having hot, top with Reddi-wip® Barista Sweet Foam, sprinkle with more pumpkin spice mix and garnish optionally with a cinnamon stick.

They can be cooked down into more of a sauce too if desired. Top with fresh basil.Enjoy!
