Strawberry Dalgona Whipped Coffee is a fruity twist on the Dalgona Whipped Coffee drink sensation. It’s creamy, thick, and made with blended, cold strawberry milk. (can also be enjoyed served hot)
This recipe uses strawberry powder (made with real strawberries) in both the whipped coffee topping and in the strawberry milk.You can also sprinkle it on top with more strawberry powder on top if you want.

– Instant Coffee– Confectioner's sugar– Strawberry powder, plus extra for dusting– hot or warm water– whole milk or non-dairy milk of choice

How to make strawberry Dalgona Whipped Coffee
Place ice in a glass and chill in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
In a blender, add milk and 2 tablespoons strawberry powder; blend until completely mixed.
Combine the Instant Coffee, sugar, strawberry powder and water together, until you create a frothy whipped topping.
Add the coffee topping to the strawberry milk that's in the glass. Add a straw. Mix and enjoy.
You could also use fresh strawberries, if you have them or if it’s strawberry season.
