Tomato Pesto Bagel Toast

This Tomato Pesto Bagel Toast recipe has fresh basil pesto on a crispy toasted bagel, ripe, juicy, sweet, seasonal, diced, tomatoes and topped with a drizzle of quality, extra virgin olive oil, (optional) Balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.

It has a fresh basil pesto, but you can use any pesto recipe, ripe, fresh-from-the-garden diced tomatoes and it’s topped with extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkled with flaky salt and fresh ground black pepper.




– 1 plain bagel toasted – 4 tablespoons pesto   – 1 medium ripe tomato, washed, diced

On a toasted, plain bagel, spread pesto sauce evenly, 

Step 1:

Add diced tomatoes, drizzle extra virgin olive oil, optional Balsamic vinegar, sprinkle flaky salt and fresh ground pepper.

Slice in half, if you wish. Enjoy!
