Crumple up a square of parchment paper (sized to be large enough for an 8x8 inch baking pan) and then smooth out the paper (this allows the paper to better conform to the baking pan.
In a glass pan, grease the bottom of the pan with butter, place parchment paper in the pan, grease with butter over the parchment paper.
