Coquito

This Coquito (meaning “Little Coconut”) recipe is so easy to make in a blender, this particular recipe does not have eggs in it; it has aromatic cinnamon throughout, plus, you have the option to add rum, if you wish.

– 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk – 1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut – 1 can coconut milk

Ingredients

In a blender add all the ingredients (except garnishes) and optional rum. Blend mixture on high until mixture is completely combined (about 1-2 minutes).

You can transfer the mixture into bottles (with caps) if you wish. Chill in the refrigerator until cold.

Serve with ice optionally. Before serving, shake ingredients (if in a bottle) or stir, so that the Coquito is completely mixed before pouring.
