Coquito
Hi Friends, I am so excited about this Coquito (pronounced, “Coh-QEE-TOE”, it’s fun to say:)) recipe.
I have been drinking it alone, putting it in coffee/lattes, dreaming up Coquito-flavored recipes with it.
It’s just so tasty and exactly the kind of drink that tastes so festive, yet new and interesting for this late Autumn/Winter time of year.
