These crispy Couscous Fritters have only 7-8 ingredients and can be made in 30 minutes! Be sure to check out the other #FoodieMamas couscous recipes below!
– 1 cup couscous – 1/2 cup frozen organic peas, (you can use 1/4 cup if you want fewer * to remember changing the amounts of ingredients may affect the number of fritters you have in the end)
Make the Couscous: Bring water (or stock of choice) to a boil with salt, coconut oil, and frozen organic peas.
When the mixture is boiling, add the couscous and remove it from heat, and cover.
Allow it to stand for 4-5 minutes to allow the moisture to absorb.
