This recipe features Dandelion Fritters made from foraged Dandelion Flowers dipped in a seasoned flour-cornmeal batter and deep-fried in a cast-iron skillet.
Line a plate with paper towels and set aside (for draining the dandelion fritters when done). Fill a cast iron skillet (or use a deep fryer), with 1 inch or so of Canola oil. Heat to 375 degrees F.
