DELICIOUS JELLO POKE CAKE 

Jello Poke Cake has a white box cake infused with berry (raspberry) jello, finished with homemade vanilla buttercream frosting, and topped with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.

– White Cake Mix – Raspberry Jello Flavor – Lemon Verbena Leaves – Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Make the white cake according to the boxes' instructions. Allow it to cool completely. When it's completely cool, poke holes 1-inch apart, halfway into the cake, evenly on the cake.

Make the Buttercream Frosting: While the cake is cooling, you can make the buttercream frosting. In a stand mixer add the frosting ingredients.

Make the gelatin according to the boxes' instructions. Pour the liquid gelatin over the cake, using all the gelatin. Place in the refrigerator to cool the gelatin in the cake, for about 3-4 hours.

Frost and decorate the cake: Frost the cake with the buttercream frosting. Decorate the top with the berries. Enjoy!
