Stir-Fried Ginger Garlic Broccoli tastes great in a bowl of either white or brown rice, drizzled with low-sodium soy sauce.

In a large skillet (with a lid), heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and broccoli, cook evenly, cover and stir every few minutes.

When the broccoli is tender but not quite done, add the ginger and toss evenly, cook for 2 minutes or until done.

Serve with white or brown steamed rice. Drizzle with low-sodium soy sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
