Easy Basil Mozzarella Poutine has Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Shoestring Fries, pearl-size Mozzarella balls, hot, homemade beef gravy and topped with chopped fresh-from-the-garden basil & Italian parsley, with a sprinkling of fresh ground pepper.

– 1 cup for beef stock/broth (I use organic)

– 1 tablespoon cornstarch

– 3 tablespoons water (to dissolve the cornstarch in and added to the beef broth

Prepare 1/2 package Grown in Idaho Super Crispy Shoestring Fries as noted on the package.

To Make The Gravy: While the fries are cooking, you can make the gravy. In a small-medium saucepan, add 1 cup beef broth over medium-high heat.

Dissolve the cornstarch in 3 tablespoons of water. Add the dissolved cornstarch to the beef broth and bring to a boil.
