Easy Non-Dairy Ice Cream Pops can be made in minutes and are decorated with homemade chocolate shells, sprinkles, and pistachios. Cool off in the hot weather with this cheerful summer treat!
– 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped – 1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips, melted – 1-2 tablespoons Canola, vegetable or coconut oil
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Melt the non-dairy chocolate and oil in a medium pan over low heat and whisk until liquid.
Allow the pints to warm slightly, just so that is not rock hard. This should take about 5 minutes, depending on how warm or cool your house is.
