This Grape Jelly Meatballs recipe has a secret ingredient to add to the flavor of the sauce. This recipe is a large amount which is perfect for a game day, a party, or a holiday gathering.
– 3 pounds frozen, fully cooked meatballs, regular size – 12 ounces (1 bottle) chili sauce (we use Heinz brand) – 16 ounces (1 cup) grape jelly,(we use Smucker’s brand)
In a medium saucepan, over low-medium heat, add the chili sauce, grape jelly, chili powder, and soy sauce.
Using a whisk, stir the mixture until completely combined and smooth. Bring the sauce to a low simmer and then remove it from the heat.
In the crockpot/slow cooker, add the frozen, cooked meatballs, and pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs.
