Grilled Cauliflower is an easy-to-make recipe with just a few ingredients. All you need is fresh cauliflower, regular olive oil, fine salt, and any additional seasoning you want!
– 1 head fresh cauliflower, washed, sliced into 3/4-1-inch thick slices – 1-2 tablespoons regular olive oil spray – 1 teaspoon fine salt, amount to taste - we use Iodized salt
Prepare the cauliflower: Preheat your gas grill to 400 degrees F. Trim the tough stem and leaves off the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into 3/4-1-inch thick slices.
Grill the cauliflower: Place the prepared cauliflower on the preheated grill. Cover and grill for 2-4 minutes per side.
