Grilled Kale is a great way to get tasty, roasty, and perfectly charred kale.

Ingredients

– 1 bunch of curly kale – olive oil or you can substitute Canola oil, spray – fine salt, amount to taste – fresh ground black pepper, amount to taste, for serving

Step 1

Preheat your gas grill to 350-375 degrees F (medium heat).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, coat the kale leaves completely with olive oil. You can add fine salt at this point and more later, for serving, if you wish.

Step 3

Add the kale leaves evenly spaced out on the grill, preferably on indirect heat on an upper rack, if you have one available on your grill.

Step 4

When the kale is done to your preferred degree of doneness, remove it from the grill and serve it as an appetizer, side dish, or as a part of another recipe, enjoy!
