BY LIFE’S LITTLE SWEETS
- 4 ripe peaches, washed, cut in half, pits and stems removed - regular olive or Canola oil - Optional: Vanilla ice cream (or another flavor) or cream, for serving
Prep the peaches: Wash the peaches, dry them with a clean kitchen towel and slice them in half, remove the pit and arrange the halves on a serving platter.
Brush the entire surface of the peaches with olive oil or you can spray them evenly with a Misto oil sprayer.
Grill the Peaches: Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the peaches, and cut the side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 4-6 minutes.
When they are done cooking, turn off the grill and remove them from the grill to the serving platter. Serve with a scoop of ice cream, cream, or plain. Enjoy!
