Homemade Zucchini Bread Recipe

This Homemade Zucchini Bread Recipe is moist and filled with 1 cup of shredded zucchini. This delicious, quick bread has crunchy Demerara sugar on the top and it makes a great snack.

It makes a lovely breakfast quick bread and goes nicely with tea or coffee; it’s also great for a mid-day snack or anytime!
