CHICKEN PIZZA CRUST
Chicken Pizza Crust Recipe is a 3-ingredient, savory, protein-rich pizza crust that can be customized in any number of ways.
WHAT DOES CHICKEN PIZZA CRUST TASTE LIKE?
It imitates bread in terms of color, and maybe a bit in texture and visually but it does not exactly taste like bread. It tastes like chicken, it’s like a meat cake.
The more you have it, the more you get used to it and can really have fun with the toppings.
Prep Time: 10 Min
– shredded cheese – eggs – lean ground chicken – Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, amount to taste (optional)
Cook Time: 30 Min
Make sure the rack in the oven is in the middle and preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat and parchment paper. The parchment paper should go to beyond the edge of the rimmed baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, add ground chicken, shredded cheese, 2 large eggs and salt and pepper. Using a fork, mix completely.
Using a baking spatula, spread the chicken-cheese mixture into a rectangular shape on top of the parchment paper, making sure the thickness is even.
