Preparation: Place the oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out 2 sheets of puff pastry, just to smooth out any creases. You can cut the corners off to make each sheet into a circle or you can leave it a square so as not to waste any puff pastry.

Make the Parmesan topping: In a small mixing bowl, add parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder and combine, set aside.

Assemble: Place 1 sheet of puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly place the ripped ham on top of 1st puff pastry, and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese blend.
