Breakfast Casserole

This Breakfast Casserole has a base layer of crescent roll dough, pork sausage (or your favorite breakfast sausage), eggs, red bell pepper and shredded cheese.

– 1 can (8 rolls) crescent rolls

Ingredients

– 1 pound pork sausage, or the same amount of preferred sausage

– 6 large eggs, beaten

– 1 red bell pepper, diced

Preheat your oven to 350 °F.

Grease a 9x13-inch oven-safe baking dish. Brown the pork sausage in a cast-iron skillet, drain the grease.

Line the bottom of the 9x13-inch pan with the crescent rolls. Pinch the seams together to make 1 large, solid sheet.
