On the stovetop, over low-medium heat, add the milk, pea flower powder, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
Whisk to combine and allow to come to a simmer. Remove from heat.
You can enjoy it hot or using a funnel, pour it into a container and then transfer it to the fridge, chill overnight.
