Cottage Cheese Papaya is perfect for breakfast or a snack. Ripe, light, and sweet papaya is paired with cottage cheese making an easy, healthy, and filling breakfast.
– 1 ripe papaya, I use the Formosa variety for this recipe – 1/2 cup cottage cheese per half of papaya, or more depending on preference
Slice the ripe papaya lengthwise
Remove all the seeds in the middle of the papaya.
Discard the papaya seeds.
