You only need 1 bunch of curly kale, regular olive oil, fine salt, and optional fresh pepper and soy sauce to make this recipe and of course your grill!

Preheat your gas grill to 350-375 degrees F (medium heat).

In a large mixing bowl, coat the kale leaves completely with olive oil. You can add fine salt at this point and more later, for serving, if you wish.

Add the kale leaves evenly spaced out on the grill, preferably on indirect heat on an upper rack, if you have one available on your grill.
