Easy Banana Bread is traditional banana bread and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 2 large eggs,
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Using some coconut oil or butter, grease a loaf pan (I use 9in.x5 in.x3in. size).
Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg) in a small-medium bowl.
