This No-Churn Naturally Sweetened Chocolate Ice Cream is a healthier, chocolate ice cream option that is so tasty and delicious.
– 16 ounces pitted Medjool dates, make sure they are sticky and moist! – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk, you can also substitute lactose-free milk or regular milk (if dairy is okay) – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper set aside.
Chill a large mixing bowl for 10-15 minutes.
In a food processor, put the pitted dates and some warm water (just enough to make smooth) and process until smooth, paste-like, and creamy.
