Roasted Green Beans are the easy, savory and perfect side to go with your dinner!
– 1-2 pounds green beans, washed and ends trimmed – 1-2 tablespoons regular olive oil – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, to taste – 1/4 teasspoon fresh ground pepper pepper to taste, to taste
Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat.
Pile the green beans, and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix with your hands and arrange in a single layer.
