This Salted Caramel Brownies Recipe is the perfect chocolate-y, sweet-salty dessert. The recipe is a from-scratch brownie recipe that satisfies your chocolate-caramel craving.
Ingredients
– 1 3/4 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon Kosher salt – 2 cups granulated white sugar – 5 large eggs
In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt and sugar) until combined.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix canola oil, vanilla extract and eggs. Pour oil-egg mixture into the dry ingredients and using an electric mixer, thoroughly combine the ingredients.
