COOK TIME: 2 HOURS
Add chili, shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours. Stir to combine when ingredients are heated up. After it's done, switch to warm up to 3 hours and you can serve from the slow cooker.
Top with sliced jalapenos optionally. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
