Soy Milk Coffee

This hot, Soy Milk Coffee recipe has dark roast, freshly-brewed coffee, then topped with foamy, hot soy milk and then drizzled with wildflower honey or another sweetener of choice with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa cinnamon-sugar mixture.

– 8 ounces hot, freshly brewed coffee (medium or dark roast)

Ingredients

– 1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk, (get extra creamy, if possible)

Add 1/4-1/2 cup soy milk to a microwave-safe container, microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in-between, until hot.

Add 8 ounces of hot, fresh, black coffee to a mug. Add the liquid soy milk, stir in, and reserve the foam for the top.

Optionally, drizzle wildflower honey on top and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture.
