– 1 head of Iceberg lettuce, washed, stem removed, chopped into 1-2-inch slices, or you can rip the leaves apart with your hands – 2-3 tablespoons regular, olive oil
On the stovetop, add the olive oil and sesame oil to a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, and 5-spice powder seasoning, and stir.
Cook the lettuce until it is wilted and cooked through, this should take only a few minutes (1-2 minutes, depending on the heat of your burner).
